RHS is developed in a close partnership with an already solid player in qualitative research.

RHS is handling person information for recruiting purposes. To optimize the possibilities of registration, data of each person in the database can be linked to other persons in the database. Furthermore there is a number of basic information that has to be supplied for each person. The relations in-between persons can be used as search criteria with all other fields in the database. To uphold the integrity on the database, there is built in a number of checks before data is saved.

To ensure that the persons in the database is not disturbed untimely, there are put in different kinds of date checking, so each person only can be put on a result list ever so often.

To easy the initial process of starting up the database BitMax can help importing data into the RHS database. We have a number of standard formats to import from.

A standard feature in RHS is to export the search result to a number of different formats. The possibility to export the results can lessen the cost on computers for the recruiting personal. One draw back is that updates have to be put back into the database manually.

To ensure that one person is not on two lists, or data is not updated from the paper lists back to the database, RHS Phoneing module can be added to RHS. This module handles online updates of the database, so every change is registered instantly.
