Insert the desired status and your up and running. Each defined user can access a predefined set of reports with a number of statuses. All undefined users have access to the status defined for unknown users, giving you the benefit of keeping maintenance to a minimum.

The distribution can be handled by MSI, ClickOnce or a bare file copy (Robocopy/Xcopy). The configuration file is distributed with the executable and can be customized for each installation.
